United Drilling & Exploration Company Limited is a Zambian-registered company headquartered in Lusaka, with additional branches in Choma and along the Great North Road at 6th Mile. Our company was established in 2011 to meet the growing demand for professional, dependable, and affordable water solutions throughout Zambia and neighboring regions. With a team comprising over 80% Zambian professionals—including geologists, technicians, machine operators, engineers, and support staff—we combine local insight with international standards.
Before expanding operations to Zambia, our leadership team successfully managed similar projects across Nigeria and West Africa. Today, we operate with a fleet of modern rigs and equipment capable of handling a wide range of geological formations. Our drilling methods include DTH (Down-The-Hole), Rotary, and SimCas (Simultaneous Casing) techniques, tailored to different terrain types. We are also fully compliant with Zambian laws and environmental regulations, maintaining strict health, safety, and sustainability protocols on every project.

All boreholes are followed by professional pump testing and water quality analysis:
Yield estimation and step drawdown testing
Water chemistry analysis (pH, nitrates, iron, fluoride, etc.)
